Friends of the Band
In
order to support a rapidly expanding membership it was decided
to form a 'Friends of the Band' association in 1988. Their
role was to raise additional funds to purchase instruments,
music, uniforms etc. The enrolement has expanded over the
years and currently exceeds 400 members.
A
newsletter is sent out to all members on a regular basis keeping
them up to date with band activities.
